Wavionix Software Ltd, the leaders in software tools for the
air navigation industry, has signed a cooperation agreement
with Hewlett Packard Company's Aviation & Transportation
Group.
Under
the new agreement Hewlett Packard will promote Wavionix
Software's industry solutions to aviation and airport organisations
world wide, whilst Wavionix will promote Hewlett Packard
products and services. This allows the customer to buy
a complete solution package covering hardware, software,
support and finance services required.
The
agreement is timed to coincide with the launch of Wavionix's
new Airport Data Analysis Tool, which has been developed
as a service exclusively for Airport Council International
members world wide for the planning and verification of
obstacle limitation surfaces around aerodromes.
Hewlett-Packard's
Aviation & Transportation Business (ATB) provides mission-critical
IT solutions that meet specific needs and challenges of
airlines, airports, air traffic management, air defence,
travel industry and logistics operators. It has quickly
established itself as one of the leaders in the worldwide
aviation market by working with a number of companies in
this sector.
