WX Systems has provided specialised training courses to aeronautical experts since 1994. Our courses have been attended by more than 500 aeronautical experts to date.

WX Systems prides itself on supplying high quality training courses both at our location in Switzerland, as well as on-site, to approved individuals working within International Aviation Authorities.

This year we have changed the format of many of our courses, in order to allow executives to progress through various levels of courses, thus gaining a more in-depth appreciation of the topics concerned and achieving certification for each topic.  Furthermore we have divided courses into three distinct sections: Aeronautical, Geodetic, and Software Related.  These courses are instructed by WX Systems Authorised® Course Instructors, many of whom have had years of civil and military aeronautical/geodetic experience within their respective countries.  

All WX Systems Training is arranged by our Client Services Manager, Iben Andsager.  WX Systems Authorised® Course Instructors include Andrew Cheetham, Lars Finken, Nils Lundstrom, Ray Pearce, Dr. Martin Rayson, Dr. Ferenc Weiczer, and Beat Zimmermann.

COURSE LOCATION:

All WX Systems Courses are held at our Training Center in Saanenmoser, Switzerland.  Saanenmoser is located approximately equidistant between Geneva and Zurich, and is accessible by direct train from both airports. Use our rail planner below if you are travelling by train.

We strongly believe in the fact, that a nice location and a good infrastructure greatly enhances the quality of a course and the learning experience. Saanenmoser, which is adjacent to Gstaad, a well known tourist destination, provides the perfect environment all year round for dedicating oneself to the total learning experience.

ACCOMMODATION:

Full Board Accommodation in WX Systems Authorised® Hotels is only included in the WX1™ Basic Procedure Design (WX1-1), ICAO Basic PANS OPS (PANS1), and Geodesy & Survey Master Class (GEO2) courses.  For all other courses, please make your own hotel arrangements at one of the following  WX Systems Authorised® Hotels, where you will be offered a discounted rate (where available) by mentioning WX Systems.
