General Information
1. Site of the International User Group Meeting
The International User Group Meeting will be held at the The Bay Hotel in Camps Bay, Cape Town, South Africa.
The Hotel website is www.thebay.co.za. Registration will commence at 09.30 on 2 May 2007. The Hotel location is described at www.thebay.co.za/location.htm.
2. Transportation
(1) Most Major Airlines have flights to Cape Town, with particularly good connections with South African Airways, British Airways, Swiss, and Lufthansa.
(2) Transportation to and from the Bay Hotel in Camps Bay, Cape Town upon airport arrival and departure will not be provided to Participants. WX Systems Group operates a courtesy bus from Cape Town Airport, which can be reserved by prior arrangement.
3. Climate
Average temperature in May is around 9 - 19°C. With between 6 - 8 hours sunlight per day.

Entry visas are not required for most UK and EU nationals. However, please verify whether you will require a visa by checking at this website:
5. Health
Delegates are advised to confirm the medical requirements necessary to travel to & from South Africa with their own travel agents.
6. Exchange rate
The Rand is the currency in South Africa. One British Pound is equivalent to approximately 13 Rand.
7. Security
Cape Town is considered to be one of the safest South African cities. WX Systems Group will however be providing a courtesy coach and taxis for most excursions.
8. Hotels

(2) Participants are asked to make their reservations through WX Systems Group. WX Systems has
arranged preferential rates at the Bay Hotel. WX Systems Group will pay two single room nights
including breakfast to qualified clients.
(3) Qualified clients are defined as those who can demonstrate an active Maintenance policy for the last year and have attended any previous IUGM.
(4) All other Hotel costs will be charged to you individually.
(5) WX Systems Group cannot pay accompanying partner’s hotel fees. These will be charged to your individual account.
11. Smoking
Please be aware that smoking is no longer permitted in enclosed public places in South Africa. Smoking will not be permitted in any area of the hotel, the only exception to this is in designated smoking bedrooms and smoking areas.
12. Fees
(1) The Fee per person for attending the IUGM is €2,500.00.
(2) Fees are due thirty days prior to the EUGM, namely by 1 April 2007.
(3) Spouses/partners may attend all meals and events but will be charged an additional €500.00 which is payable in cash on 2 May 2007.
(4) Cancellation will result in loss of the full amount.
13. What is included
(1) Attendance at the AutoDesk Inc. AutoCAD® workshop, 2 May 2007.
(2) Attendance at the IUGM, 3 May 2007.
(3) Attendance at the IUGM Seminar on ETOD, 4 May 2007.
(4) Single Room hotel accommodation at the Bay Hotel from 2 May 2007 for two nights, including breakfast and all room and local/national taxes, for all qualified clients (see 9.3).
(5) Welcome Cocktail, 1 May 2007.
(6) Light Buffet Lunch, 2 May and 3 May 2007.
(7) Evening Meal 2 May and 3 May 2007.
(8) Evening Meal 4 May 2007.
14. Reservation of rights
WX Systems reserves the right to make any alterations to the above schedule.
